Michelin Restaurant Guide Awards one-star rating to two of Chef Andre Rochat's restaurants, in Las Vegas.
The Michelin Restaurant Guide has awarded a prestigious one-star rating, each, to Chef Andre Rochat's Alize at the Top of The Palms Restaurant and Andre's French Restaurant, in downtown Las Vegas.
The 100-year old Michelin Restaurant Guide star-rating is the most sought-after of all restaurant awards and elevates the recipient Chef to a rarified professional status and world-wide recognition for the establishment.
"I am honored beyond words for having been selected as the recipient of such incredibly meaningful honor” said Chef Andre Rochat, the Doyen of all of Las Vegas famous Chefs. “I would like to give credit to the members of my staff for their dedication to their craft and unwavering quest for culinary and service excellence; without them, this would not have been possible" he added.
